The August 2023 draft Zoning Bylaw is now available on the Zoning Bylaw Review project page (www.acrd.bc.ca/zbreview). It's important to note that the updated Zoning Bylaw remains in draft form, and we want to hear your input! OCTOBER 2023 COMMUNITY PLANNING WORKSHOPS & OPEN HOUSES

Given the importance of community visioning and the Zoning Bylaw, to all residents and property owners in the six Electoral Areas, the ACRD is committed to informing the public in advance about the changes that are proposed and reflecting community input to the greatest extent possible, while also ensuring alignment with the Official Community Plans (OCPs) and other legislation.

Help shape the future of your community! Join us at an upcoming interactive workshop and open house to explore what you think your community should look like now and in the future. Tell us about your community values and interests, and discuss opportunities and challenges in your area. Visit Community Planning Engagement for more information about upcoming workshops and open houses in each of the six Electoral Areas.

    This survey is intended to gather input from the community on the June 2021 draft Zoning Bylaw, Official Community Plan updates, and corresponding maps proposed by the ACRD. More information, including all documents for review, are available on the Zoning Bylaw Review project webpage (www.acrd.bc.ca/zbreview)

    Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback! ACRD staff appreciate your willingness to complete this detailed survey to ensure the draft documents are as complete and accurate as possible before proceeding to the next steps in the review process. Please note, there will be additional opportunities for the public to provide input on the draft bylaws throughout the review process. More information will be available on the Zoning Bylaw Review project webpage.
